Your first box will be prepared and shipped in 48 hours post-subscription, typically arriving within 4-9 Business days. Future boxes are sent out on the 7th of each month.
Can I change my delivery frequency?
Yes! You have the option to adjust the frequency of your boxes, receiving them bi-monthly, quarterly, or at other intervals.
Simply:

- Adjust to your preference.
Can I offer the Mindful Box to a loved one as a gift?
Absolutely! The gift of self-love is one of the most touching gifts you could give someone or even to yourself. And whichever the case may be, you can cancel anytime. You're always in full control of your subscription, even when it’s a gift.
What happens if I resubscribe after canceling my subscription?
On resubscribing, we continue the sequence from your last box, ensuring you don't receive repeat boxes.
How do I manage my account details?
Any changes to your shipping address, payment info, or other account details can be made by logging into your account. Please remember to set any new shipping address as the default.

What happens if my credit card is declined?
As we're based in the Netherlands, some banks might classify our charges as international, even though we bill in USD. You may need to authorize international payments with your bank.
How much is shipping?
All Mindful Boxes are shipped free of charge! Shipping from the AU, your first box will reach you in 4-9 Business days, with future boxes being shipped on the 7th of each month with no shipping costs on your part.
I've moved and need to change my delivery address.
No problem at all! Log in and update your shipping address in your account, and don't forget to set it as your default address. That's it, all set for your next Mindful Box!
Can I get a refund if I'm unhappy with my box?

My very first box love it
I loved receiving this gift to myself and discovering its contents and their benefits. The rose quartz point is stunning, as is the black obsidian necklace and the amethyst point necklace. The crystal cards will also be very helpful for this beginner.

I was not really impressed or satisfied buy the mindfulsoul box... the quartz cristal looks very pale and is damaged. Got another necklace one that is damaged as well.. the free cards desk is fine. Got another dream catcher which looks like a kid toy and one essential oil.. I am giving it another try with the next box and if not satisfied again will cancel it.

Box was very well packed, brochure well printed and beautiful printed calico bags. It had been opened and restuck with clear tape when I collected from the post box, so hoping all items were received in it. This is my first order of this pack. I did get it discounted from EOFY so I guess my second order will be more relevant. I received 3 crystals - pendulum Amethyst, Rose Quartz point, Gold sheen Obsidian necklace - all quite small and of medium quality. I could purchase higher quality examples of these for less than what I paid for this box, but as it was discounted, I will wait for my next review to reflect size, quality against cost. Buddha figurine - my favourite piece from this box. Small Dream Catcher - could be used to hang in your car. Rosemary fragrance oil and White Turquoise & Lava Stone bracelet. Bracelet came with gold fittings.
