Well let’s say after a good hour an a half trying to undo stupid bit of cotton that had been rapped around bracelet n tied tightly one of the elastics broke leaving it even more loose wrapped around anklet 6-7 times everything is just plastic even the so called charms? How are we supposed to believe in ur shop if ur happy to use plastic charms? I didn’t expect for them to be 9ct gold or silver? Sterling silver? Gold plated? I don’t know but definitely not plastic? Sorry thought u were a about crystals an there meanings etc 🤷‍♀️
