Hi I ordered the Crystal Water bottle and collected it from Australia Post But Bottle was shattered inside the cardboard sleeve. I tried to ring the company, but number not working. I emailed the support email and heard nothing back, I did this twice. I ended up having to get the PayPal people to submit on my behalf. All I wanted was to get the bottle replaced as it was a gift, but the company did not answer any of my correspondence. PayPal refunded my purchase price. Still haven’t heard back from them, I definitely would not purchase again
